Yesterday, while driving through the middle of nowhere Wisconsin, Mom let the netbook fall out of the van at a gas station. And then I backed up over it in the minivan. Goodbye netbook. :-( Hopefully Uncle Jim can fix it for me when he gets back to Florida. Fingers crossed.
Otherwise the trip has been going well. I've been to four cemeteries, Mom's been to 12 already. The Lincoln Museum in Springfield was awesome. Today is a big driving day to Omaha, with lots of stops for photos and other random crap. I'll try to post pictures from Omaha.
Other funny story of the day:
We stopped at a donut store and got some donuts. Dad took one bite of his, said it was quite possibly the worst donut he ever ate, took another huge bite, threw it back in the bag and then threw it in the trash can and stomped at. Won't be going back to that donut store again!
